You're already paying your vendors. Start earning 1% on it.
Virtual cards that return 1% on your supplier spend. No fees. No system changes. Nothing for vendors to sign.
A hundred suppliers. Three thousand invoices. Now they pay you back.
A typical full-service US property has over a hundred active vendor accounts. Each one sends invoices. The money leaves by ACH, wire, or check. With OneJourney, every one of those payments earns 1% back.

Here's how it works.
Apply
One call, one secure form. We walk you through every document and field. Takes about an hour on your side.
Bank verification
The bank verifies your business information. Typically 2–3 weeks. We handle the back-and-forth so it doesn't land on your desk.
Pay your first invoice, earn your first 1%
Issue a virtual card per invoice, or a reloadable card for recurring spend. 1% accrues immediately. First payout within 60 days, then every 30.
Will my vendors take it?
Most do already. For a full-service US property, 55–70% of the vendor file is card-ready today. We verify yours against the card networks before you commit to anything — then handle all outreach ourselves.
You have a corporate card. This is different.
Your current card program covers travel, entertainment, and small purchases. It doesn't cover the big supplier payments. There's a reason for that.
Large vendor payments live on ACH and check because they're too big for standard business card limits. Renovation cycles, annual tech contracts, food distribution accounts over six figures. SwiftPay is pre-funded, not credit-based. No credit ceiling. No application. No personal guarantee.
| Corporate card | SwiftPay | |
|---|---|---|
| Reaches ACH / wire / check spend | No | Yes |
| Credit limit constraint | Yes | None, pre-funded |
| Personal guarantee | Often | Never |
| Single-use card per invoice | Rarely | Standard |
| Platform cost | Varies | $0 |

"Hospitality is a cash-flow-tight business, so any opportunity to unlock additional capital from expenses we are already paying is meaningful. SwiftPay was an easy decision because it creates direct net income without operational disruption. The experience has been precisely as it was described — seamless, transparent, and easy to manage."
FAQ
How does the hotel actually make money?
You pay suppliers with a SwiftPay card instead of a bank transfer. The payment earns interchange, and 1% of it comes back to you. It's money back on spend you're already making.
Is there a cost, or a monthly fee?
No. No setup, platform, training, support or reconciliation fee, no minimum spend and no early-termination fee. The 1% covers the platform.
Will our vendors accept card payment?
We run your actual vendor file against the card networks before you commit to anything — no guessing. For suppliers where a surcharge would outweigh your 1% return, we keep them on ACH and flag it. Note: utilities and some F&B distributors are the categories most likely to surcharge or decline.
How long does onboarding take?
Apply → KYB review → first card payment. The bank review typically takes two to three weeks. We're with you through every step, and no IT project is required on your side.
We already have a corporate card. Why this?
Your corporate card covers travel, entertainment, and small purchases. It can't reach the ACH, wire and check spend — which is where most of your supplier money actually goes. SwiftPay is pre-funded, not credit-based, so there's no credit ceiling and no personal guarantee.
