One Journey Workshops

We offer public and custom workshops on The Journey of Divorce, and related topics such as Healing Relationships and Communicating in Partnership.  We will gladly customize a workshop to suit the needs of your group or organization.

In these workshops, you will experience:

  • insight into yourself, your strengths and opportunities for growth
  • tools for understanding, dealing with, and learning from your emotions
  • techniques to act consciously and intentionally, rather than "reacting"
  • connection with others going through similar experiences

The workshops are a blend of teaching, coaching, discussion and reflection.   We provide a safe, supportive environment for you to examine, learn from and heal your own life's challenges.
